HOW TO LIST YOUR REAL ESTATE: Click on FIND AN AGENT and you will find real estate agents. You can compare their backgrounds, commission rates and more. You will be invited through the listing agent of your choice to list your real estate on your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. Potential Buyers will then be able to view your property through the advertising services of MultipleListingService.com.
IMPORTANT SELLER NOTICE: You cannot advertise or “list” your real estate directly on MultipleListingService.com without an agent. MultipleListingService.com does not work with any real estate buyers or sellers. MultipleListingService.com is an advertising service for real estate agents and is not involved in any real estate listing or sales activities. You must contact a licensed real estate agent that is a member of your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service to list your real estate on your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. Your property can then be viewed on MultipleListingService.com through the MultipleListingService.com advertised real estate agents’ websites. Go to the USA map and the list of states located on the MultipleListingService.com HOME page. Click on the state and then select the city and community that you desire to search. When you find the homes or other real estate that interests you, contact the advertised real estate agent to obtain more information about any particular listings that you are viewing. You are under no obligation to work with any MultipleListingService.com advertised real estate agent unless you sign an agreement stating that you agree to work with any particular real estate agent. You can search the listings for FREE and you can call or email the agent to give you more detailed information on the listings for FREE (not including your long distance phone charges, if any).
